Tony Cox VP, Residential Loan Officer at Banner Bank: “I believe that we are changing lives and generations by helping bridge the gap from renting to homeownership and, although I understand other’s believe in the basis point conversation, it’s MUCH more than that for me. The job is fun, rewarding and I believe that by keeping humble about our true purpose of loan officers, we can be successful in any environment.”

Tamara Tissue/Team Tissue, Fidelity National Title Escrow Closer, LPO: “I pride myself on my communication skills and will always let my clients know if there are issues (big or small) that need to be dealt with, and will do so in a calm manner. I’ll look at the issue, figure out a solution, then present that to the Agent/Lender. If I’m unsure about something, I will always seek out the person who can assist me in whatever issue we are dealing with, help me understand what is needed, and then go to my Client with the solution. It’s all about the communication!”

Denise Sokol VP, Senior Sales Executive Chicago Title: “I believe my ability to overcome major challenges include sticking to my philosophy of not trying to look too far into the future. I always say I get up each morning, perform my job to the best of my ability, and stay consistent ad intentional with my message of adding value. Whe faced with challegning market and changing times, my first thought is always “what does my client need” and the work to find and offer those solutions. By doing these things, I control my own destiny.”

When life looks bleak, not just for the lending and real estate industry but for all people in our community; it is these relationships that will get us through.”
