Holiday Live Auction December 15th, 2022 at Oakbrook Country Club

Happy Holidays Everyone!

We are extremely excited to be bringing back our Live and Silent Auction on December 15th 2022 and it will be hosted at the Oakbrook Country Club.  Our goal is to raise funds for the Tacoma-Pierce County Crime Stoppers charity of Charlie’s Dinosaur!   The goal is to provide care items for children placed into emergency foster homes.  The care items come in the form of backpacks filled with new bedding, toiletries, clothing, school supplies and toys.

We will be once again hosting a joyous Holiday event including a Cocktail social hour and the Silent Auction, Followed by an outstanding holiday Dinner, Live Auction, Dessert dash and the fan favorite Centerpiece auction to close out the night!   This is one of our most attended events because of the great times that are had and shared, but more importantly how much we can help individuals that are not able to help themselves.   Our goal is to provide good for the community.

We’ll also be collecting unwrapped new toys  for the local Toy’s for Tot’s organization.   In the past we’ve able to donate several full boxes or toys and backpacks to Toys for Tots and we want to break our record from 2019 this year.

If you’re interested in donating an auction item (Big or Small), please reach out to any board member who can help you out with getting this handled with a great description of what it entails and making sure you or your company is given a heart felt thanks during our event both verbally and on our Auction directory.

If you’re planning on attending the event,  Please register below and if you could please pre-pay to limit any additional delay at the door.   It would be appreciated due to the additional time needs to get bidders registered and bidding number assigned.
